The Maule Group was founded in 2013 by Devin, Sean and Ian Maule with the vision of creating safe, clean and efficient income properties for themselves, their customers and their tenants. Over the past ten years, their vision has come to life with many successful projects under their belts. In 2022, Sean and Devin decided it was time to grow the business, so The Maule Group Inc was born. Their team is focused and determined on creating excellent return on investments for customers who are purchasing their first property, completing an interior or exterior renovation or building their dream home. They only use top quality materials and remain up to date with current building code. They ensure that all of their sub-contractors are fully licensed, insured and covered by WSIB. The team at TMG is happy to tackle small bathroom renovations to large property re-development. They pride themselves on always having the customers best interest at heart and ensuring that all of their expectations are being met and exceeded.
Devin Maule

After studying Business at Bishops University, Devin began working throughout Canada managing hotel renovations. After many years on the road, he returned home and began working as a General Contractor and Project Manager. It was during these formative years that he gained the knowledge and experience that he applies to his everyday work. Devin knows how to rally a team and ensure that his clients are thrilled with the finished product.
Sean Maule
Partner | Master Electrician
After high school, Sean followed in many of his family members footsteps and attended trade school to become an Electrician. He has been a practicing Electrician since 2012. Sean has an incredibly technical mind and is passionate about each and every project that he is involved in. He prides himself on knowledge and good safety practices.
